Size, Measurements & Further Details

Should fit UK sizes 12, 14, 16 , 18 , 20 onwards up to UK size up to UK size 38 or up to US34 or 6X. The best way to ensure it works for you is to look at the dress's measurements below, before purchasing and allow 6 inches for relaxed fit wear.

The dress is made from a large rectangular fabric folded into two then stitched together a few cm or inches from the edges. Like any other handmade batiks, there may be occasional remaining wax which is washable. There may also be occasional slight smearing of colour and irregularity which adds to its uniqueness.

    I was introduced to kaftans by a lady friend. I have a medical problem that means l have discomfort when anything is pressed on my stomach, like trouser waist bands. Kaftans have proved to be a godsend, and the colouring of the gold/brown one makes me feel very grand. Love it.

    I've not worn a Kaftan since volunteer working overseas I'd forgotten just how wonderful they are to wear For men as well as women These are well made and beautiful fabric Me and my wife both love them I will be ordering more
